Workshops/ Live Talks/ Virtual Groups

Groups provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where participants can share their experiences and feelings with others who are going through similar struggles.

I created groups and workshops to provide spaces of growth and healing for those who cannot afford or want to participate in individual or couple’s therapy. Groups provide a supportive and non-judgmental environment where participants can share their experiences and feelings with others who are going through similar struggles. This can help participants feel less alone and more understood and provide a sense of validation for their experiences. In addition, you get to build a sense of community and practice compassion and acceptance, which are essential components to a healthy and authentic relationship with yourself and others.
