Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, I bring a deep appreciation for culture, identity, and connection into my work. I’m passionate about creating an affirming, inclusive space for people of diverse ethnic, cultural, gender, and sexual backgrounds.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible at any stage of life. I work collaboratively with my clients to strengthen self-worth, improve communication, deepen intimacy, and develop practical tools for lasting growth.
Through Life Discovery Psychotherapy, I integrate evidence-based, experiential, and relational approaches. I also offer workshops, webinars, and community events focused on culturally responsive and sex-positive education.
I’m dedicated to breaking stigma around mental health and sexuality and empowering all people, from all walks of life, identities, and cultures, to live with greater authenticity, connection, and emotional freedom.

My Approach
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationships—starting with the relationship you have with yourself.
I strive to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and desires without fear of being “too much” or “not enough.”
I take an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based work, somatic awareness, and sex therapy. This allows me to meet you where you are while offering both insight and practical tools to support real-life change.
In our work together, we will explore how past experiences, family dynamics, cultural messages, and relational patterns may be shaping your present. We’ll work to increase emotional awareness, strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, and build greater flexibility in how you respond to stress and conflict.
I believe therapy is most effective when it balances reflection with action. Alongside meaningful conversations, I offer concrete strategies for self-regulation, boundary-setting, emotional expression, and relational repair. My goal is to help you feel more confident in your voice, clearer in your needs, and more connected to your values.
Above all, I honor your autonomy and wisdom. You are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, offer guidance and perspective, and support you in creating a life and relationships that feel authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who you truly are.
